The garage doors from RDSS, roll into a compact housing, 300mm x 300mm which barely intrudes into the garage head room allowing full use of the roof area for storage, as you can see from the photograph on the right.

A simple installation, fitted with a manual override, via a shepherds crook, to be used in the event of a power cut. Your would require only 100mm space either side to locate the guide channel which is 95mm.
